Our History
Never Stop Grinding Impact (NSG Impact) is a nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that every individual, especially our youth, deserves to be uplifted, empowered, and supported. Founded in 2020 in response to the challenges brought by the pandemic, NSG Impact has grown into a powerful community force serving San Bernardino County and beyond. We are dedicated to providing essential resources, compassionate support, and transformational opportunities that help our community members achieve stability, wellness, and success.
Our mission is to support youth and adults with love, empathy, and practical resources. Through programs designed to address mental health, education, wellness, and community enrichment, we strive to bridge the gaps often felt by under-resourced communities. From monthly food and diaper distributions to our youth-focused initiatives, like the annual boxing clinic, NSG Impact reaches thousands of families each month, addressing urgent needs and fostering long-term resilience.
At NSG Impact, we believe that a united community is a thriving one. Through partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community leaders, we work to create lasting, positive change. We welcome anyone with a passion for giving back to join us in our mission to build a stronger, more equitable future for everyone in our community.
