Darious Harris 

Darious Harris, the visionary serial entrepreneur, is the driving force behind NSG Impact. With roots deeply embedded in his hometown of Rialto CA, he set out not just to give back but to spread a message of love, peace, perseverance, and belief across the globe. 

Beyond his accolades as an Undefeated Professional Boxer enshrined in the Rialto Hall of Fame, Darious's true passion lies in providing love, support, empathy, and resources to individuals, both young and old, navigating through emotional trauma. 

His relentless dedication to healing and restoring communities knows no bounds, as he Never Stops Grinding to make a meaningful difference wherever he goes. 

Tameka Grayson

Tameka Grayson is a Human Services professional with over 13 years of experience in nonprofit management. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and has a strong passion for assisting others through her years of work with nonprofit organizations.

Specializing in Social Emotional Learning and Professional Development, Tameka equips individuals with crucial life and workforce skills.

Tameka is honored to be a part of the Never Stop Grinding Impact team, where she can give back to her alma mater city of Rialto, CA. Tameka is dedicated to the organization's success and growth, utilizing her expertise to make a positive difference in the lives of those she serves. 

Sheryl Jones

Sheryl Jones, a seasoned professional with more than 20 years in banking and sales. Sheryl is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community.

 Inspired by the lack of charitable efforts during her upbringing, she approaches her role at NSG Impact with a strong sense of commitment and pride. 

Through her work, she strives to uphold the organization's mission of fostering positive change and giving back to the community. 

Mario Dorado 

Mario Dorado, a dedicated board member, established youth programs in Riverside. Partnering with UC Riverside's Highlander Gloves Boxing Club, he created the Raincross Boxing Academy, offering free boxing training and educational support. Mario also founded the Generation of Action program, providing professional development opportunities for college students.

As a now retired Riverside Police Detective, Mario specialized in assisting victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and elder abuse.

Mario is happy to collaborate with NSG Impact and contribute to its continued growth and impact. 

Jerone Cox

Jerone holds a degree in Business from Cal Lutheran and a background in college football. He brings a unique blend of strategic insight and teamwork to everything he does. His experiences have instilled the value of discipline, perseverance, and effective communication qualities that have proven instrumental in his leadership journey and passion for leading the youth. 

Whether guiding high-performing teams or orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, he thrives in environments where innovation, collaboration, and excellence are the norm. He cultivates an inclusive environment where everyone's contributions are valued and respected.

Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, he tackles challenges as an opportunity for growth, utilizing his problem-solving skills to overcome hurdles and drive meaningful change. His ability to see the bigger picture allows him to navigate complex situations strategically, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth that benefit everyone involved.

Dr. Joanna Cox

Dr. Johanna Cox is a passionate advocate for enhancing our community's emotional and mental well-being. With a solid foundation in human services and a heart dedicated to mental health advocacy, she strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and the broader society.

Armed with a Doctorate in Educational Psychology, she brings a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and cognition to her work. This academic background provides her with invaluable insights into the complexities of the human mind and the various factors influencing our emotional landscape. 

She's had the privilege of walking alongside individuals on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. Whether providing therapeutic interventions, offering guidance, or simply lending a compassionate ear, she is committed to empowering others to navigate life's challenges and cultivate resilience. 

Deshawn Johnson 

 Deshawn, a Licensed Professional Counselor, has been fortunate to grow up in Duarte, CA, which has given him a profound understanding of his community. 

Currently, he serves as a board member for Never Stop Grinding Impact, a non-profit organization close to his heart. His professional journey has been diverse, spanning roles in refugee foster care, probation, transitional living management, and education. 

Alongside this, he has also coached high school football and been actively involved in K-12 public schools, all of which strengthen his commitment to community welfare. Deshawn's approach to counseling merges trauma-informed care with cognitive-behavioral interventions, reflecting his dedication to offering comprehensive support.

 He takes pride in being a pivotal member of the board, providing vital insights into addressing the systemic and institutional challenges his constituents face daily.
